SAN ANGELO – A two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Freeland Avenue and Alexander Street left both cars damaged but resulted in no serious injuries Thursday afternoon.
According to police, a black Ford SUV traveling west on Freeland disregarded or failed to yield properly at a yield sign while crossing Alexander Street. A white Chevy Traverse, heading south on Alexander, struck the Ford in a T-bone collision, causing the Ford to spin and face the opposite direction.

Police cited the driver of the black Ford Edge for failing to yield at a sign before the crash, according to a report from the scene.
Emergency responders from the San Angelo Fire Department arrived at the scene, and airbags were deployed in both vehicles. Despite the impact, neither driver sustained serious injuries, and no one opted for ambulance transport.
