Firefighters Use Jaws of Life in Crash on Sherwood Way

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – Firefighters had to use the jaws of life to extricate a person from a vehicle following a crash near the intersection of Sherwood Way and West Avenue N on Sunday afternoon.

The crash, which happened just before 3 p.m., involved a black Chevrolet SUV that sustained significant damage, prompting first responders to cut the vehicle’s door to reach the occupant.

At least one person was taken to the hospital for treatment, according to a reporter at the scene.
