WATCH: Smoke Billows Out from Pickup in San Angelo

 

SAN ANGELO, TX— A vehicle fire close to Buttercup Café disrupted traffic this morning.

Around 10:15 a.m. on Thursday, October 10, San Angelo Fire Department and San Angelo Police were dispatched to the 1900 block of West Beauregard Avenue for a vehicle fire.

 

On scene, an older model white pickup was emitting smoke from the front passenger side of the vehicle.  No one appeared injured and the smoke had died down before firefighters arrived on scene.

San Angelo police closed down the east bound lanes of West Beauregard while the San Angelo Fire Department worked on the damaged truck.

At this moment, the cause of the fire is unknown at this time.
