WATCH: Bloodshed & Mangled Metal at Northside Crash

 

SAN ANGELO, TX— Failure to yield led to bloodshed and crumpled metal in a crash Sunday evening.

Around 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 15, 2024, a major crash was called at the intersection of North Bryant Boulevard and West 17th Street. A black Kia and a red Honda were involved in the crash and some occupants had head injuries.

According to San Angelo Police, the black Kia was traveling southbound on North Bryant when a red Kia came across North Bryant on West 17th Street at “a pretty good speed”. The black Kia crashed into the back passenger side of the red Honda.

 

While no occupants were transported to Shannon Medical Center, at least two were observed with visible but minor injuries. One of the injuries was a gash on one of the individual’s head that was bandaged up.

He refused to be transported to Shannon and another individual had blood on his shirt.

The officer also reported that a citation was issued for the crash.
