UPDATE: 5 Ambulances Respond to Rollover Crash on Houston Harte

 

SAN ANGELO, TX — A rollover crash involving two vehicles occurred on Houston Harte at about 10 a.m. Friday morning.

Five ambulances responded to the crash, and five people were believed to be receiving medical treatment at the scene.

It was initially believed at least one person was ejected from a vehicle, though that hasn't been confirmed. Another person was trapped inside a vehicle.

A spokesperson with the San Angelo Police Department could only confirm that two male juveniles were driving west on Houston Harte and collided with each other.

A cause for the crash hadn’t been determined yet.

The two drivers were each transported to Shannon Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.

SAPD is expected to release more information at some point this weekend.

The San Angelo Police Department sent out a Nixle alert advising people to avoid the 1500 block of East Houston Harte near the Bell Street overpass for the next hour due to the crash.
