SAN ANGELO, TX — The San Angelo Police Department has issued an advisory asking residents to avoid Grape Creek Road and Lake View Heroes Drive due to ongoing police and fire department activity.

A Nixel alert was sent out just before 3:20 p.m. today. No specific details have been released, but residents are urged to steer clear of the area for safety reasons.
