One Taken To Hospital With Life-Threatening Injuries After Rollover Crash

 

POST, TX - A rollover crash on Wednesday afternoon, July 31, resulted in a destroyed vehicle and one person being transported to the hospital with life-threatening injuries. 

This happened around 1 p.m. today near the Lynn County line outside of Post, Texas. The Post Volunteer Fire Department and the Lynn County Sheriff's Office responded to the call of the rollover.

Our reporter on the scene observed one person being loaded into an ambulance before being rushed back towards Lubbock, Texas.

The cause of the crash is unknown, but like many rollovers, failure to control speed or a distraction could have caused the crash.

American Electric Power (AEP) workers were seen across the highway working on the utility poles with the power lines on the ground.

Traffic remained relatively normal as law enforcement worked the crash.
