Crash on Beauregard Sends One to the Hospital

 

SAN ANGELO, TX — Law enforcement and emergency services personnel responded to a report of a crash on Wednesday afternoon. At around 3:45 p.m., a white Nissan Murano and a white GMC Sierra collided on W Beauregard near Jefferson St.

According to the San Angelo Police Department, the Nissan Murano attempted to turn on to Beauregard heading east out of a parking lot in front of the GMC Sierra who was traveling west. The Nissan failed to yield the right of way to the Sierra and caused the crash.

The Nissan caused damage to the driver’s side of the Sierra. The driver of the Nissan Murano was transported to Shannon Medical Center with non-incapacitating injuries. The investigating officer said that she would receive a citation at a later time.
