Three Hospitalized After Crash on Raney Street

 

SAN ANGELO, TX — Three people were hospitalized as a precaution following a crash this Thursday afternoon. 

It happened within the 2100 block of Raney Street around 3:20 p.m., according to the San Angelo Police Department.

The crash involved a red single-cab pickup truck traveling westbound and a purple Kia passenger car that was backing out of a driveway. The Kia failed to yield the right of way, leading to the crash with the pickup truck.

While no injuries were reported for the occupants of the Kia, all three occupants of the pickup truck were taken to the hospital for precautionary measures.

The driver of the Kia was issued a citation for failure to yield the right of way from a private drive.
