WATCH: Chaos Ensues After Bone Breaking Crash Sends Several Children to Hospital

 

SAN ANGELO, TX— Chaos ensued after an evening crash on Junius sent several people to the hospital including one with a broken leg.

Around 6 p.m. on July 1, 2024, San Angelo Police and First Responders were dispatched to the intersection of North Van Buren and Junius Street. A Cadillac XTS was t-boned by a Chevy Suburban.

Scanner reports indicated that there were five children inside one of the vehicles and one of the drivers suffered a broken leg. Multiple ambulances were dispatched to assist with transporting at least two of the children and the woman to the hospital.

The entire intersection of Van Buren and Junius Street has been shut down while the crash investigation is taking place.

Some residents in the area may be without power as one of the vehicles struck an electric pole. AEP is on scene to repair the damage to the line.
