‘Unsafe Movement’ Leads to Crash on Koenigheim

SAN ANGELO, TX - A crash happened at the intersection of West 1st Street and North Koenigheim Street, reducing traffic to two lanes.

This happened just before 3 p.m. when a black Dodge Ram pickup traveling northbound on Koenigheim made an improper left-hand turn from the middle lane, attempting to turn onto West 1st Street.

That’s when it collided with a maroon Hyundai Tucson that was in the left lane traveling northbound as well.

All occupants in both vehicles were checked by medics at the scene, but no one was transported to the hospital.

The driver of the Dodge received a citation for the “unsafe movement.”
