WATCH: Two Vehicle Crash on North Bell Sends One to the Hospital

SAN ANGELO— A Toyota Prius crashed into a Hyundai Santa Fe after running a red light and sent one person to the hospital.

 

Around 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 18, 2024, a two vehicle crash occurred at the intersection of North Bell Street and La Follette Street between a Hyundai Santa Fe and a Toyota Prius. The Santa Fe was headed westbound on the access road while the Prius was heading north on Bell Street. The Prius ran the red light and collided with the Santa Fe in the intersection.

The driver of the Prius was taken to the hospital and will be issued citations for disregarding the red light and for not wearing a seat belt.
