Daring Biker Boyfriend Smacks Lincoln Sending Himself, Girlfriend Airborne

SAN ANGELO, TX — A motorcyclist with a passenger was struck in a crash at the intersection of Avenue N and Oakes Street just after 4 p.m. According to witness accounts at the scene, both souls on the motorcycle were rushed to the hospital.

The biker with a female passenger was headed south on S. Oakes St. Meanwhile, headed east on Avenue N was a tan Lincoln SUV. A witness told police that he was waiting at the light and saw the motorcyclist not stop at the light. He was waiting for the Lincoln to go through the intersection himself, he said.

The biker rammed into the front, driver’s side quarter-panel of the Lincoln and both occupants of the motorcycle “flew into the air,” the eyewitness said. After we arrived we searched the area for any signs of helmets and found none. The male motorcyclist along with his female passenger were rushed to Shannon via ambulance.

The driver of the Lincoln was said to have suffered a head injury. We are not sure how. But the Lincoln driver was rushed to Shannon as well.
