SAN ANGELO, TX – A crash Thursday afternoon at the intersection of E. 6th St. and N. Main occurred between a white Ford Fusion and a grey Toyota 4Runner resulting in all three Ford passengers being transported to the hospital.

The San Angelo Police Department investigating officer at the scene reported that the Ford was traveling eastbound, while the Toyota was heading southbound.

The crash unfolded at the intersection, leaving uncertainty about the injuries sustained by the occupants of the Ford Fusion.

As of now, details on the nature and severity of their injuries remain undisclosed.

The driver of the Toyota 4Runner emerged from the collision unharmed.

Complicating the investigation, SAPD officials disclosed that multiple witnesses have presented conflicting narratives about the events leading up to the crash.

Further investigation is currently ongoing to see who ran the redlight.
