Driver Injured in Serious Crash at FM-2105 & US-277

SAN ANGELO – The driver of a silver four door passenger car was injured in a crash with an 18-wheeler at the intersection of FM-2105 and US-277 Friday morning.

First responders were dispatched to the rural intersection for a crash with injuries and an individual trapped.  Once on the scene, they were able to remove the female driver from the car.  She appeared to be injured according to communications reports.

Reporters on the scene report that it appears the sand hauler was northound on US-277 attempting to turn left onto FM-2105.  The car was apparently headed turning onto US-277 from FM-2105 and crashed into the big rig.
