Crashes Shut Down I-20 in Odessa Friday

ODESSA, TX — Multiple crashes have shut down traffic on I-20 in Odessa Friday morning.

According to reports, on Oct. 6, 2023 at around 8:30 a.m., traffic on Interstate 20 in Midland/Odessa was at a stand still due to multiple vehicle crashes.

The main spot on I-20 with crashes was between Grant and Grandview but there were other accidents throughout the stretch of interstate Highway. 

No word yet on how many injuries are involved. Drivers are advised to avoid the area.
