Crash Slows Down Drive Home for Busy Workers

 

SAN ANGELO, TX — A crash at the end of the workday snarled traffic on the Loop 306 frontage road on Tuesday afternoon.

According to San Angelo Police Sergeant Travis Griffith, on Aug. 1, 2023, at around 5 p.m., San Angelo Police Officers were dispatched to the Loop 306 Frontage Road near the Southwest intersection for the report of a major crash.

Upon arrival, officers found three cars: a white Cadillac, a black Ford Expedition, and a white Mitsubishi.

No major injuries were reported in the crash. It was confirmed that the Mitsubishi hit the back of the Ford, which then went into the Cadillac. The driver of the Mitsubishi was cited for failure to control speed.
