DPS: Driver Killed in Crash with a Charter Bus on a Rural Highway

 

DESDEMONA, TX – A 50-year-old Dublin man was killed in a crash involving a charter bus and a passenger car about two miles west of Desdemona, TX Friday.  

According to the crash report from the Texas Department of Public Safety, Antonio Corral Andrade, 50, was westbound of FM-2214 west of Desdemona in Eastland County at 12:20 a.m. Friday driving a 2019 Dodge Avenger.  Raquel Camacho, 54 of Levelland, was eastbound on the same roadway driving a Prevost Charter Bus. 

The report shows Andrade's car crossed the centerline and crashed into the charter bus.  Andrade was killed instantly.  Camacho suffered serious injuries in the crash.
