WATCH: Driver Hospitalized After Neighborhood Rollover Crash

 

SAN ANGELO – A Monday morning crash in on a quiet Santa Rita street in San Angelo sent one drive to the hospital and left a Toyota pickup crumpled after an unusual rollover. 

A red Ford Escape SUV and a brown Toyota Tundra pickup crashed at the intersection of Johnson St. and Live Oak Monday morning.  San Angelo Police and Firefighters were dispatched to a rollover crash around 8 a.m. Monday.  

It appears the SUV struck the Tundra on the rear driver's side causing the pickup to roll.  The Toyota landed upright about 50 feet from the intersection.

The driver of the SUV was seen by witnesses put on a stretcher and loaded in an ambulance.  She was taken to the hospital. 

Reporters on the scene say it appears there were no serious injuries from the Toyota.
