SAN ANGELO- A two vehicle rollover crash at a busy intersection Thursday trapped two people in an overturned vehicle and sent the 3 individuals involved to the hospital.
At 3:30 p.m. Thursday afternoon, San Angelo Police responded to a major vehicle crash that resulted in one vehicle rolling on its side. According to a San Angelo police officer, a silver Toyota pickup truck was traveling eastbound on Knickerbocker Road and attempted to make a right turn on Sunset Drive.
While making the turn, a white Toyota 4 Runner failed to yield the right of way and crashed into the silver pickup. The 4 Runner was flipped on its side and the driver and passenger were trapped inside the vehicle.
All individuals were transported to the hospital and no information on citations was given at this time. Drugs and alcohol were not suspected to be involved in the crash.
