DPS Identifies Individuals Killed in Tragic Bus Crash

MIDLAND, TX- The identities of those killed in the tragic bus crash involving the University of the Southwest golf team have been released.

Six students and one faculty member have been confirmed killed in the crash including:

  • Golf Coach Tyler James
  • Mauricio Sanchez, 19
  • Travis Garcia, 19
  • Jackson Zinn, 22
  • Karissa Raines, 21
  • Laci Stone, 18
  • Tagio Sousa, 18

The occupants of the F-150 involved include an unidentified 13-year-old and Henrich Siemens, 38.

The two students transported to the hospital were Dayton Price and Hayden Underhill.

Tuesday night, a bus heading back from a golf tournament was involving in a head on crash.
