PHOTOS: Fatal Crash Reported in San Angelo Early Monday Morning

 

SAN ANGELO – San Angelo Police and Firefighters responded to a major crash with injuries early Monday morning on S. Bryant Blvd. at the Ben Ficklin pedestrian overpass.  

According to emergency communications, there was a single vehicle crash with at least one person seriously injured and possibly killed.

Witnesses at the scene say there was at least one fatality but that has not been confirmed. 

It appears a white SUV was traveling northbound on S. Bryant and left the roadway.  It appears the SUV crashed at high speed into the concrete pedestrian bridge structure.  

This is a developing story and we will update it once new information becomes available.
