Watch: Stop Sign Toppled After BMW Fails to Yield the Right of Way

 

SAN ANGELO, TX –– A Monday afternoon crash took down a stop sign on Loop 306.

SAPD officers were dispatched to the 3700 block of Loop 306 for reports of a major motor vehicle accident.

The preliminary investigation revealed a white F-350 pickup pulling a trailer exiting the Loop when it collided with a black BMW passenger car traveling westbound on the frontage road.

 

The crash occurred after the BMW failed to yield the right of way to vehicles exiting the highway.

The force of the impact caused the BMW to collide with a stop sign along the frontage road.

No injuries were reported in the crash and the driver of the BMW was cited for failure to yield.
