WATCH: Driver Suffers Bizarre Eye Injury in Sunday Night Crash

 

SAN ANGELO, TX –– A two-vehicle crash sent a driver to hospital on Sunday night.

According to Officer Helton of the SAPD, a white Dodge Charger and black Ford Fusion collided at the intersection of Guadalupe and Hatcher just after 7:30 p.m. The Charger was traveling on Guadalupe while the Fusion was traveling down Hatcher, towards Loop 306.

While the investigation is currently ongoing, it appears one of the drivers may have disregarded the stop sign and caused the crash.

The driver of the Charger sustained an eye injury that required medical attention and he was transported to Shannon Medical Center for further evaluation.

No one else was injured in the crash and no citations have been issued at this time.
