Elderly Driver Slams into Vape Shop

SAN ANGELO, TX – The original Lifted Smoke and Vape location experienced a scare on Monday morning after a car crashed through the front doors.

According to Lifted Smoke and Vape, on Sep. 27, an elderly lady unintentionally crashed her car into the front door of the head shop located at 1807 S. Lincoln St. Witnesses on scene believe that the woman hit the gas instead of the brake, as she intended.

"Here at Lifted it reminded us just how hard life can be sometimes (and we’re not talking about our store) we’re talking about elderly individuals that have no choice but to work past the point that they should," stated Lifted's Social Media Page. "It’s a reminder for us to use our youth to work hard and smart while we can and to take care of those who took care of us before it was our time to work."

Lifted has still managed to keep its doors open.

"We spent the morning cleaning up and are ready for business," stated the Lifted Smoke and Vape Social media Page. "We may not have doors but that just means it’s easier than ever to see us, come help us make the best of a sad situation."

Lifted has two other locations including one on N. Chadbourne and one downtown San Angelo.
