Driver Killed in Horrific Neighborhood Crash

 

ABILENE, TX – A neighborhood crash resulted in the death of a driver on Tuesday afternoon.

According to the Abilene Police Department, on Sep. 21, officers with the APD were dispatched to the intersection of Southwest Dr. and Brookhollow for the report of a major crash involving four vehicles. 

The four vehicles included a Honda, a Jeep Cherokee, a tan Chevy Silverado and a silver truck. Here are photo's courtesy of KTXS:

Police have confirmed that the Honda was traveling west on Southwest Dr. and rear-ended the Jeep. After those two collided, the Honda continued to cross into the eastbound lane and crashed head-on with the Chevy. The chevy was then struck from behind by the silver truck.

As of now the driver of the Honda is the only occupant in the crash that is reported dead. No other injuries have been reported.
