Two Vehicle Crash Leaves Couple Trapped

 

SAN ANGELO – Around 3:30 p.m. Thursday afternoon a silver Dodge Ram collided with a green Ford Expedition leaving two people trapped inside.

The silver Dodge Ram pickup, headed west bound on 24th St., disregarded the stop sign at East 24th Street and Pecan Street in San Angelo, striking the green Ford Expedition, which was traveling south on Pecan.

The Dodge Ram pickup only had a driver, a 19-year-old, who was issued a citation for disregarding a stop sign.

The Ford Expedition had two occupants, one 53-year-old, was taken to Shannon Hospital for her injuries. The 60-year-old passenger was transported to Shannon as well with non-incapacitating injuries.
