18-Wheeler Driver Killed in Rollover Crash

 

BIG SPRING, TX – A 66-year-old man from Lamesa was killed near Big Spring in a late morning crash on Tuesday.

According to DPS, troopers were dispatched to FM 846 for reports of a major motor vehicle accident involving an 18-wheeler.

The preliminary investigation revealed William Brandon was driving an 18-wheeler when he approached a curve at an unsafe speed and lost control. This caused the tractor-trailer to roll.

Brandon was killed as a result of the crash and pronounced dead at the scene. DPS confirmed he was wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash.
