Woman Killed After Driving into San Antonio Loading Dock

SAN ANTONIO, TX – A 26-year-old woman is dead after crashing her car into a loading dock near downtown San Antonio.

According to the San Antonio Police Department, the accident occurred just before 3:00 a.m. on Monday.

While the cause of the crash is unknown, authorities confirmed the woman was alone at the time of the crash.

The investigation continues as police work to determine if a medical issue may have caused the woman to leave the roadway.
