WATCH: First Responders Rescue Good Samaritan & Dog From Raging Flood Waters

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – San Angelo Police and Firefighters Tuesday afternoon rescued a drowning man who had jumped into the flooded Red Arroyo at Johnson St. and Knickerbocker Rd. 

The unidentified man told LIVE! he jumped in to save a dog.  

First responders were very careful and rescued the medium-sized black dog from the rain swollen arroyo to cheers of bystanders.

The call first came in about a drowning man in the Red Arroyo.  First responders arrived and found the unidentified man attempting to save the dog.  

Both the Good Samaritan and the dog were safe and unharmed.
