WATCH: Scary Car vs. Bicycle Crash in West San Angelo

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – San Angelo Police were dispatched Friday afternoon to a vehicle vs. pedestrian crash in west San Angelo. 

According to the investigating officer at the scene, a young girl was on a bicycle stoped at the stopping on Chestnut St. heading east.  The youngster didn't see a gray Toyota Camry southbound on Garfield and rode out in front of the car.

The Camry struck the girl and her bike in the intersection. 

The officer interviewed the girl who said she was not injured and refused treatment at the scene.  

Since the girl and bike were technically at fault, no citations were issued.

The driver of the Camry wasn't injured either.
