Crash Takes Out Power Pole in North San Angelo

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – A crash took out a power pole Friday morning near the intersection of Armstrong St. and 28th St.

The San Angelo Police Department sent out a Nixle alert, on Jun. 18 at around 8:30 a.m., asking citizens to avoid the area of 28th St. and Armstrong due to a crash.

The crash involved a vehicle and a power pole. Injuries are unknown at this time.

React were called in to direct traffic as a majority of SAPD motor officers were working the fatal crash near Sherwood Way. For more see:

AEP crews were also dispatched to the scene and are currently working on replacing the telephone pole.
