Bizarre Crash on Quiet Neighborhood Street Damages Four Vehicles

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – One driver was hospitalized following a bizarre crash on a neighborhood street in Southwest San Angelo Thursday afternoon.  

The crash occurred on Green Meadow Dr. near the intersection of Willow Dr. behind Bonham Elementary School.  

According to the San Angelo Police Department Traffic Division investigating officer at the scene, a maroon Chevrolet Tahoe was traveling down Green Meadow Dr. when, for some unknown reason, the vehicle left the roadway.

The Tahoe crashed into a Toyota Camry which pushed the Tahoe into a parked Chevrolet SUV in the driveway, which pushed the SUV into a Ford F-350 work truck which was also parked in the driveway at the residence. 

The driver of the Tahoe was transported by ambulance to the hospital with non incapacitating injuries.  

The driver of the Tahoe will be issued citations for no driver's license and failure to control speed.
