SAN ANGELO, TX – Shortly after 5:00 p.m. SAPD officers were dispatched to the 2000 block of Dallas St. for reports of a major motor vehicle accident.
According to Officer Younts, a GMC pickup was traveling west on Dallas St. when it struck a Ram pickup at the intersection.
According to police, the driver of the Ram was traveling north on Howard St. and ran the red light, causing the crash.
No one was seriously injured in the crash or transported to the hospital
The driver of the Ram was issued a citation for disregarding a red light.
