One Killed in Rollover Crash on Hwy 277

SONORA, TX – One person was killed Wednesday morning in a rollover crash outside of Sonora.

According to the Sutton County Sheriff's Office, on May 26, deputies with the SCSO and troopers with the Texas Department of Public Safety were dispatched to Hwy. 277 for the report of a rollover crash.

Law enforcement confirmed that the crash occurred about eight miles north of Sonora.

One person was confirmed dead in the crash but it is unknown how many passengers were involved.

The identity of the deceased has not been identified at this time.
