Us citizens would have been jailed and lost our jobs, possibly kids, and maybe even our place to live if we had done this. But a cop? Nope, paid vacation while the DA comes up with a really cushy deal for him to take that allows him to basically get off with nothing more that a small fine and an alcohol class. These people (law enforcement, prosecutors etc.) protect their own, as they will this guy too, I guarantee it. While cops should get harsher punishment when they break the law since they obviously should have known better, they often get much much more lenient punishments for the same crimes verses what citizens would get.

And this last one should really anger ANYONE with children;

Police do not care about you, they only care about themselves and those in their club.

Me Me....FYI, no one cares about your feeble opinions and numerous links. We all get what you're about. You hate cops and religion, and lump all of either group as being bad people. Sweeping generalizations about any large group of people are always wrong. There are good and bad cops as well as good and bad people that have a religous faith. And god forbid if anyone calls you a name..... Bozo.

You can call me anything you want, it's what republicans do, call people names because they don't have anything intelligent to say. If sweeping generalizations are bad, then why do republicans say all democrats are bad?
