Police: Teen Killed In Rollover Crash

ABILENE, TX -- The Abilene Police Department has confirmed a teenager was killed in a tragic accident on Friday night.

According to APD, 18-year-old Ezechiel Zougou was driving a 2021 Honda Civic westbound on Industrial Blvd when he disregarded the stop sign. 

Zougou would then collide with a white pickup truck traveling on Oldham Lane. The force of the impact caused the pickup and the sedan to roll.

The pickup would ultimately end up in a ditch, while the sedan would end up on its side on the sidewalk.

Zougou was then rushed to the hospital in critical condition where he would ultimately succumb to his injuries. The driver of the pickup only sustained minor injuries.
