Driver Ejected in Early Morning Rollover Crash

ODESSA, TX -- An early morning crash left a man in critical condition in South Odessa.

According to the Odessa Police Department, the crash occurred around 2:20 a.m. on Saturday near I-20.

The subsequent investigation revealed 34-year-old Sergio Munoz was traveling west on the interstate in a 2013 Cadillac Escalade.

Munoz left the roadway and struck sand barrels and cable tension barriers. The force of the impact caused Escalade to roll and Munoz was ejected.

He was then transported to a local hospital to be treated for life-threatening injuries.
