SAN ANGELO, TX -- Just before lunchtime San Angelo Police Department officers were dispatched to the area of Knickerbocker Rd. and Twin Mountain Lane for reports of a two-vehicle crash.
According to Officer Long, a red Ford Escape was traveling on Twin Mountain Lane when it attempted to make a left turn onto Knickerbocker Rd.
The driver of Escape failed to yield the right of way and struck a gray Honda CR-V traveling south on Knickerbocker Rd.
No one was injured in the crash, but traffic was slowed down in the area as first responders worked to clear the scene.
The driver of the Ford Escape was issued a citation for failure to yield the right of way turning left.
