Crash Leaves SUV With Significant Front End Damage

 

SAN ANGELO, TX -- Shortly before 7:00 p.m. on Thursday afternoon San Angelo Police Department officers were dispatched to Loop 306 for reports of a major motor vehicle accident.

According to reporters at the scene, at least two vehicles appeared to be involved in the crash -- a blue and a black compact SUV.

The blue vehicle appeared to have significant front-end damage. The black car appeared to have some degree of rear damage.

Both vehicles were located on the frontage road of Loop 306, just ahead of the Mertzon/Sherwood Way. The frontage road was closed down to one lane as first responders 

No information is currently available regarding the cause of the crash or any potential injuries.
