Motorcyclist Injured in Noon Time Crash

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – A lunchtime crash at the Sonic on Knickerbocker sent a motorcyclist to the hospital on Thursday.

According to scanner reports, on Mar. 4, officers with the San Angelo Police Department were dispatched to the intersection of Knickerbocker Road and Hamilton for the report of a major crash.

When the officers arrived, they discovered a motorcycle and a jeep that had crashed in the drive way of the Sonic.

Witness from Zips, the carwash next to the Sonic, claim that the motorcyclist hit the rim, of the jeep as it was pulling into the Sonic.

The witness claimed that the man was taken in the ambulance but didn't seem severely injured. "He just looked a bit shaken up," said the man from Zips.

Home motors was called to the scene and removed the vehicle. The scene was cleared by 12:15 p.m.
