DPS Identifies Driver Killed in Fatal Rollover Crash

ODESSA, TX – The Department of Public Safety has identified the victim in a fatal rollover crash in Odessa.

According to law enforcement on Sunday afternoon, troopers responded to a crash on State Highway 302.

The preliminary investigation revealed 64-year-old Enrique R. Silva of Waskom was traveling east when his Chevrolet pickup left the roadway. Silva's pickup rolled and he died at the scene.

It’s unknown if Silva was wearing a seat belt at the time.
