MIDLAND, TX -- A 34-year-old woman was killed in a fatal hit-and-run late Saturday night in Midland.
According to the Midland Police Department, officers were dispatched to the 5300 block of West Loop 250 around 10:00 p.m for reports of a woman lying on a service road.
When officers arrived at the scene they located Tabitha Garneau of Oklahoma.
The preliminary information revealed Garneau was killed after she was struck by an unknown vehicle that fled the scene.
