SAN ANGELO, TX – The female driver of a Chrysler sedan sustained minor injuries Tuesday afternoon when her car crashed into a utility pole.
According to San Angelo Police Department traffic division investigating officer Welch, the woman was southbound on N. Chadbourne at 6th St. when she lost control.

The vehicle left the roadway and crashed into the utility pole. Officers called for an ambulance because the woman was complaining of pain but she was checked out at the scene by medics and not transported to the hospital.
Officer Welch said she would be issued three citations; failure to control speed, driving without a valid license, and driving without insurance.
