Teen Ejected After Running Red Light at 100 mph

 

ABILENE, TX -- A late-night crash in Abilene left four people injured after a vehicle ran a red light and caused havoc.

According to the Abilene Police Department, 19-year-old Simon Secundino was traveling over 100 mph in his Dodge Charger.

Secundino ran the red light at the intersection of Ambler Ave. and Treadway Blvd. around 11:00 p.m.

After running the light, he hit a PT Cruiser that was turning from Treadaway onto Ambler.

Secundino then swerved into oncoming traffic and crashed into a Cadillac.

The crash caused the Charger to roll and Secundino was ejected.

The driver of the Cadillac, identified as 21-year-old Senaj Davis, and Secundino had to be air-lifted to a Metroplex hospital. Their injuries were described as critical.

The driver of the PT Cruiser, 27-yar-old Anthony Carrasco, and his 17-year-old female passenger were transported to a local hospital.

Police believe a passenger in the Charger left a scene.
