Driver Sent to the Hospital In Noon Crash

SAN ANGELO, TX -- A driver was sent to the hospital during a lunchtime crash on the Houston Harte frontage road on Friday.

According to SAPD officers, the crash occurred at the intersection of the frontage road and Smith Blvd. The two vehicles involved were a white passenger car and a red pickup.

The pickup truck was traveling northbound on Smith Blvd while the car was traveling west on the frontage road.  According to officers, the car had the right of way.

Officers on the scene confirmed the driver of the car was transported to the hospital to be treated for injuries.
