Three Teens Killed In Early Morning Crash

 

ODESSA, TX -- An early morning crash left three people dead and two in critical condition on Saturday.

According to the Odessa Police Department, EMS was dispatched to the area of 53nd Street and Clover for reports of a major crash around 2:55 a.m.

The investigation revealed that 19-year-old Kaenan Garms ran a stop sign in an F-150. Garms was then struck by 19-year-old  Andrew Nading who was driving a GMC Terrain.

Garms and his back seat passenger, Evan Hill, were pronounced dead at the scene. Nading was transported to a local hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries.

The front passengers of both vehicles were transported to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.

They were identified as 19-year-old Benjamin Luna (GMC) and 18-year-old D’Morriyon Breaux (F-150). 

According to OPD, they believe alcohol was a possible contributing factor in the crash.

All five passengers are from Odessa.
