Teenaged Driver in Critical Condition After Crashing Into 18-Wheeler

 

ODESSA, TX – A 19-year-old man was hospitalized Thursday morning after crashing into the back of an 18-wheeler. 

According to CBS7, on September 11, officers with the Odessa Police Department were dispatched to Grandview Ave and I-20 for the report of a major crash involving a pickup truck and an 18-wheeler. 

When the officers arrived they found the driver who was critically injured driving a gray Ford F-150. The 19-year-old man was taken immediately to the hospital with life threatening injuries. 

Further investigation revealed that the F-150 crashed into the back of a 18-wheeler at a high rate of speed.
