WATCH: Driver Hospitalized After Crash Near Liquor Store

SAN ANGELO, TX – One person was injured in a two vehicle crash during the noon hour on S. Bryant at the intersection of Ave. J.

According to San Angelo Police Department Traffic Division investigating officer Bradshaw, a white Chevrolet Malibu was stopped at the stop sign on Ave. J and a white Ford Focus was in the Stripes parking lot.

Officer Bradshaw says both vehicles entered the intersection at the same time causing the crash.

The driver of the Ford Focus was taken by ambulance to Shannon Medical Center with minor injuries and the passenger was treated at the scene.

Officer Bradshaw had not completed his investigation so no citations were issued at the scene. He said either driver could be cited for failure to yield the right of way.
