Jackknifed Rig Blocks Loop 306

SAN ANGELO, TX — An 18-wheeler jackknifed on Loop 306 near the Foster Road exit.

The rig is blocking the eastbound lanes and has been there since around 8:45 p.m.

From observation, it appears the incident happened during the heavy rain caused by thunderstorms passing over San Angelo. A system of about 5 cells of thunderstorms developed to the west and south of San Angelo, moving over the city just before sundown.
